Molly and Maxwell

Our old friend in rescue Rainey called us yesterday. She had heard of 4 cockers running down the road near Taylors, SC. A man in his car saw them run in front of him, he saw two adult cockers run across the road, then slammed on brakes as two little black cocker puppies followed. He almost ran over them! He was able to catch the puppies but the adults ran into the woods.

He contacted Rainey who contacted us. Rainey arranged for Jan to meet us at Animal Allies in Spartanburg yesterday afternoon. We picked up Molly and Maxwell there when we went to pick up our 7 that we had spayed/neutered yesterday.

When we got home with the new cockerkids our wonderful foster Lisa Karen and her trusty sidekick in rescue Christian, were here to take them to their house. Molly and Maxwell are between 8-9 weeks of age and solid black, not a speck of white, they both have full tails. We gave them their first shots, they will be altered next week then will be ready to find their furever homes!
